Law enforcement officers at every level of service have been the favored target of the Democratic Party. All over the country, Democrats have tried to defund the police so they cannot do their jobs right. They have opened each department to attack by allowing the public to accuse them of abuse and other atrocities falsely, which has led many officers to resign or quit because they do not want to face false accusations for doing their job.
The majority of United States citizens love their police officers, and they know they keep the communities safe and can be relied on to be there when needed. But when a Democratic governor or mayor sticks their nasty nose into the police force, nothing good will come out of the situation.
Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has a different idea of how to help law enforcement officers that liberal dictators are unjustly targeting. Maria Bartiromo interviewed DeSantis about the issues that law enforcement officers are facing in the country right now. And she had some interesting questions that DeSantis had spot-on answers to.
Liberals tried to strip away funding from the police only to have it blow up in their faces. And when they could not get rid of them all, Biden tried to force them out by mandating a nationwide vaccine mandate. Any officer that did not comply and get vaccinated would face termination.
But that is not going to happen in Florida. DeSantis told Bartiromo that “In Florida, not only are we going to want to protect the law enforcement, and all the jobs, we’re actually actively working to recruit out-of-state law enforcement because we do have needs in our police and our sheriffs’ departments.” The governor is actively seeking to bring on the officers fearing for their jobs in liberal states.
DeSantis wants to see a piece of legislation on his desk that will pay a $5,000 bonus to any officer that wants to move to Florida and fill a law enforcement position. He wants to show gratitude to officers by helping them relocate to an area that supports law enforcement instead of wanting to criminalize it.
The Floridian governor also pointed out that Biden’s vaccine mandate is unconstitutional. The president cannot just tell people to go to the doctor and get a shot because he feels that he has the power to control people’s lives.
DeSantis stated very clearly that “What Biden’s doing is unconstitutional; he does not have the authority to do this, but what it will do on a practical level — in addition to being unconstitutional, in addition to taking away people’s personal choices — is it will wreak havoc in the economy because even if a small percentage of these folks end up losing their jobs or voluntarily walking away, you’re gonna have huge disruptions in medical, in logistics, in law enforcement.”
Massive disruptions are precisely what Biden and his goon squad want to see in America. He has already pinched off supply chain efforts to the point that shelves are bare in many regions. Bare shelves are a picture of a socialist government, and his policies and legislative desires are all pictures of what life is like in communist-controlled countries.
Many people believe that the Cold War ended when Russia formed a new government. But the war for freedom continues, and Communist China and other failed nations continue the fight to tear down democracy.
DeSantis took the fight to the local level and stated that “And so in Florida, our policy is very clear: we’re gonna have a special session and we’re gonna say, nobody should lose their job based off these injections. It’s a choice you can make, but we want to make sure we’re protecting your jobs and your livelihoods.”
His efforts to keep people free in Florida are just a picture of what needs to be done in America. Biden has turned his back on all Americans and embraced communistic principles without even a thought of what it will do to the country and the world. No one in the world wants to flee to a communist country, and the people that live under the oppressive thumb of that style of government all want to get out and come to America, where people are free.
