Pelosi is Heckled During a Catholic Mass While in Rome (and It Gets Better)

We can all agree that Nancy Pelosi is not a good Catholic. After all, she continuously pushes to allow abortions to happen – even well after the heartbeat is heard.

Anyone who even knows about the Catholic religion knows that abortion is a sin. And with good reason. We can’t simply end life because it’s inconvenient for the mother.

It’s no surprise that she’s not welcomed by Catholics with open arms. Even in her own district of California, she’s shunned because she hasn’t lived up to her end of the deal. The district is in shambles with drug problems and homelessness.

Now, Pelosi could fix things. She could stop trying to shove progressive agendas down everyone’s throats. Yet, that’s not what she’s going to do. In fact, this past weekend, she didn’t even want to stay in DC to deal with what’s going on in the U.S. She decided that amid infrastructure and reconciliation deals that she would visit Rome.

McConnell had a few choice words as she ditched everyone on Capitol Hill, saying, “I can only presume she hopes the full faith and credit of the United States will get sorted out without her. That is the level of leadership and accountability the country is getting from Washington Democrats who run this country.”

Pelosi was able to meet with Pope Francis on Saturday. She was even invited to do a reading at St Patrick’s Catholic American Parish in Rome.

This is quite the welcoming that she received, considering her less-than-catholic belief system regarding abortions.

Perhaps that is why she encountered what the liberal media is defining as a “security incident.” The reality is that there wasn’t really a security incident. She was heckled inside of the church – and that’s because she’s going against the teachings of the church. So, how dare someone who pushes abortion on a daily basis be allowed to do a reading.

Due to the heckling, she had to leave the Mass she was attending. And, since she left in the middle of the service, she wasn’t able to receive communion. Though, it’s unclear as to whether the priest would have given it to her anyway. That may be the real reason that it was declared a “security incident.” Otherwise, she would have had to face the shame of being denied communion – something both her and Biden have been warned that they cannot receive.

The catholic church isn’t happy with Pelosi, but apparently, they were okay about the issue of abortion enough to arrange a meeting with the pope.

Though, her own Archbishop, Salvatore Cordileone, has called on Catholics around the world to pray for the Speaker of the House’s soul. Cordileone has been vocal about Pelosi giving up her stance on Pelosi, saying “A conversion of heart of the majority of our congressional representatives is needed on this issue, beginning with the leader of the House, Speaker Nancy Pelosi. I am therefore inviting all Catholics to join in a massive and visible campaign of prayer and fasting for Speaker Pelosi: Commit to praying one rosary a week and fasting on Fridays for her conversion of heart.”

Maybe the Pope reminded her of this conversion of heart. Maybe that’s why she read a passage in Rome. Maybe, if she’s embraced by her catholic roots, she can finally change her views on abortion. Or, maybe, Pelosi will continue to cling to her progressivism and risk damnation of her eternal soul.
